Will I receive a shipment confirmation of my order?
Once your Bride's Market order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description and amount due. A second email will be sent once your order is ready to be shipped. This email will contain your UPS tracking number. To check the status of your package, click on our automatedtracking service.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing UPS delivery and tracking information. Please note that orders placed without an email address will not receive delivery and tracking information.
How long does it take to receive products?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund and exchange policy?
At The Bride's Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please note that personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, handmade sachets, samples and ribbon are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Returned Goods will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee. Unauthorized
Returns or Refused Orders will be subject to all freight charges
incurred in the shipping and back shipping and the Goods will be NOT
credited or accepted by The Bride’s Market.
How do I file a claim for damaged, defective or missing product(s)?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with The Bride's Market within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 866-630-5176 to initiate a claim. Please note that The Bride's Market is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS and FedEx). However, The Bride's Market will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. For all Midori ribbon orders, all changes and cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee once the order has been processed.
